By paying and downloading content from Niclas Rhein - Video and Photography, you accept the terms of this agreement. Every content from Niclas Rhein - Video and Photography is coming with a Standard License. No rights are transferred to the Licensee until the Licensor has received the entire license fee. The License will be granted to the person who purchases the content unless the license is intended for someone else.

The Standard License is:

1) Not limited in time: There is no end date for the Standard License. 

2) Non exclusive: You have no exclusive rights to the licensed content. The Licensor can license the content at any time to others. 

3) Unlimited: The content is granted for an unlimited number of use.

You can use standard licensed content for example for:

▫ your website

▫ your social media

▫ your advertisements

▫ your marketing campaigns

▫ your newspaper

▫ your books

▫ your film production

▫ your product packaging

▫ your presentation

For additional rights you need an Extended License which can be requested per e-mail.

Intellectual property rights:

Copyrights to original content remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

Restricted Uses:

No Standalone File Use: You are not allowed to use licensed content as a standalone file for resell.

No Use in Trademark or Logo

​

No False Representation of Authorship: You are not allowed to state licensed content as your creation. 

​

No Products for Resale: You are not allowed to use licensed content for resale or distribution unless you purchase an Extended License. This includes products in which the licensed content makes up the predominant part and also electronic templates such as website templates.

Limited print run: You are not allowed to reproduce any product with standard licensed content more than 100,000 times in physical print form. For more reproductions you need an Extended License or another Standard License. 

​

No Transfer: You are not allowed to transfer standard licensed content to third parties. 

​

Refund:

As soon as a license agreement is active, no refund will be offered, unless a mistake during the ordering process was made. In this case, the Licensor may revoke the license and grant a credit to a different license. 

​

Personal Data:

Personal information is conscientious protected by the Licensor but also not passed to third parties without the consent of the Licensee. It should be pointed out that data transmission on the Internet might have security gaps. A gapless protection of personal information through access by third parties is not fully guaranteed.
